1Introduction

Welcome to Imagify3D. By purchasing credits ("Credits") and using our AI-powered 3D model generation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2Digital Services & Virtual Goods

Imagify3D provides a digital service. You acknowledge that:

Credits are virtual currency: They have no monetary value outside of our platform.
Instant Delivery: Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment.
No Physical Goods: We do not ship physical products. All 3D models are digital files (e.g., OBJ, STL).
Availability: Credits are deducted only when a generation task is successfully completed.

3Usage License & Ownership

Commercial Rights

You own the full commercial rights to any 3D model you generate using our platform. You may sell, modify, and distribute your generated assets without attribution.

However, you may not use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights or creates illegal, hateful, or explicit material.

4Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used Credits. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure where credits were deducted but no model was generated, at our sole discretion.

5Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI generation is probabilistic; we cannot guarantee that every generated model will meet your specific artistic expectations. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
