No Refunds on Digital Goods
Imagify3D provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Credits). Once a purchase is confirmed and credits are added to your account, the product is considered "consumed" and we generally cannot offer refunds.
Exceptions
We believe in fair play. We may offer a refund or bonus credits in the following specific scenarios:
Technical failure where payment was deducted but credits were NOT received.
Duplicate charge due to a payment gateway error.
How to Request
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
Please include your Order ID and Transaction ID (e.g., from bKash or Cryptomus) in your request.
